Arts rental has taken the time to fully update the the home I was interested in. Each place I looked at was very nice… and ultimately could have been a great fit. He worked with me and stayed after hours till I could get off work to sign my lease. When I changed my mind he was very willing to work with me and that was just a stellar move on there part. He even considered me as a tenant even though my credit was not fully up to par. Good but not the best. I would recommend Arts Rentals to any friend. I already did actually.read more
